Éfittings in the residence and flats

  • Do you have a car park?

Yes, the hotel has a private car park for cars and motorbikes, available 24 hours a day, subject to reservation.

Parking costs €10.50 per unit per night.

You can also park your car for free around the apartment hotel, subject to availability.


  • Is bed linen provided?

Bed linen is provided in all our flats, including sofas.

It is renewed after 7 days.


  • Do you provide towels?

We only supply large shower towels. They are renewed after 7 days.


  • Is there a coffee machine in the flats?

Yes, a coffee machine (filter no. 4) is available in all flats in our residence.


  • Is there a toaster in the flats?

Yes, a toaster is available in the flats of our residence.


  • Is there a kettle in the flats?

Yes, a kettle is available in our flats.


  • Is there an iron in the flats?

An iron can be borrowed from reception on request.


  • Is there a dishwasher in the flats?

No, our flats do not have dishwashers.


  • Is there air conditioning in the flats?

No, our flats do not have air conditioning.

  • How far is it from the city centre?

The Résidence Le Liberté is located 200 metres from the town hall and the medieval town of Vannes.


  • Is there a launderette nearby?

There is a launderette just a few metres from our residence.


  • Is there a bakery nearby?

There is a bakery just a few metres from our residence.


Rules of procedure

 

  • Do you accept animals?

Yes, pets are welcome! However, a supplement applies:

- 7€ / day

- For "weekly" and "fortnightly" stays, the rate is €6/day.

- For a "Monthly" or "3-Month" stay, the rate is €5.60 per day.


  • What are the check-in and check-out times at the Appart'Hôtel Le Liberté?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is possible until 11am.


  • Is cleaning included in the price? 

No. However, a cleaning package applies from 7 consecutive nights and you can ask for a cleaning package as an extra charge.


  • What types of payment are accepted?

We accept payment in cash, credit card (except American Express), cheques and holiday vouchers.


  • Is it possible to pay for the entire stay with holiday vouchers?

We accept payment by ANCV cheque. However, at the time of booking you will be asked for a deposit of 30 %. The balance can be paid in holiday vouchers on arrival.


  • Are local taxes included in the price of accommodation?

Tourist tax is extra and must be paid at the end of your stay.


  • What are our cancellation conditions?

You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel between D-7 and D-3, 30% of the amount will not be refunded. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking.


  • Do I have to leave a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of €150 is required on arrival.
