What is the Ultra Marin Raid du Golfe?
Le Morbihan Gulf hosts a number of sporting events, including the 15th edition of the Ultra Marin which will take place from 27 to 30 June 2019.
Organised every year since 2005, the Ultra Marine Raid brings together a number of walking races ranging from 177 km to 28 km, taking in the hiking trails laid out by the departmental council, comprising around 80% of footpaths and 20% of roads.
It is a atypical circuit which crosses 16 communes in the heart of the South Brittany. The course is rich and diversified in an exceptional natural setting and allows you to make a sporting challenge day and night.
The port of Vanneslocated just a few minutes' walk from theAppart'hôtel Le Liberté Vannes city centrewelcomes Ultra Marine Village with exhibitors' stands, the podium and various activities throughout the 3-day event. It is the starting point for the 177km Grand Raid and the Team Relays, and the finishing point for all the events.
